I know I usually write about conspiracy theories, but now I'm kinda into ghost stories even though its December. So here is one about South Texas.
The story goes that there was a women who had two children and a rich boyfriend. The boyfriend didn't want to date the woman anymore because of the children. She wanted to be with him so she killed her kids in the Rio Grande River she went to go tell the boyfriend he didn't have to worry about the kids anymore. The boyfriend was not impressed so he broke up with both her. She died and to this day her spirit roams the river looking for her kids.

Ghost story
Growing up I was always told a ghost story since I was little, I don't know if it is a story from the RGV, I was always told it was, but you never know, it could have been my cousin trying to scary me.
So here is the story:
Back in the 1950s a high school had a dance and a young man was there and saw a beautiful young girl, and started to talk to her. As the dance started to end, he asked the girl if he could walk her home and she agreed. As they walked home they started talking and get to know each other, that night was a chilly night so the boy offered his jacket to her and she took it. He walked her home said goodnight to each other and that he would see her later. And he walked home himself. The next day he remembered that she had his jacket so he decided to go back to her house to 1) get the jacket back and 2) to see her. So he made his way over to her house. When he got there he knocked on the door, and older man answered, so the boy asked for the girl by name, the man said with a sad look in his eyes that he must have the wrong house because she didn't leave there. The boy didn't understand he told him how he walked her home last night from the dance. The man said that was impossible because she had been dead for a couple of years her grave is at the local graveyard go look for yourself. So that is what he did. He went to the graveyard, he looked for the tombstone and found it and on top of the stone was his jacket

Snapchat
Everyone and their mother uses the app Snapchat. Everyone loves the little filters well there is a theory that every time you use the filter it scans your face and sends your face to the FBI. The FBI has face recognition, and that the FBI went to snapchat and asked for them to do filters so that they can use the scans of the faces for whenever they need them. Just in case any snapchat users commits a crime the FBI can use the scans.

Rugrats Theory
Growing up my absolute favorite show was the Rugrats. I could watch that all day so when I heard this theory it broke my heart because I loved this kids and it makes sense so thats also heart breaking.
The theory goes that the babies are a figment of Angelica's imagination.
Stay with me....the theory continues with Chuckie dying in a car wreck with his mom and thats why his dad, Chaz, is always a nervous wreck.
The twins, Phil and Lil were aborted by their mother and Angelica didn't know if she was aborting a boy or a girl so she choose both.
Tommy was a stillborn and thats why Stu, the dad, is always in the basement making toys for his unborn son.
so she imagines these babies so she has someone to boss around and also to play with.

Haunted Train Tracks
In San Antonio, Texas there is an intersection with train tracks. They aren't just any train tracks, this track is haunted. The story says that in the 1940s there was a school bus with about ten kids on it, and as they were crossing the railroad the bus stalled, and at the same time a train was coming. The engineer tried to stop the train but couldn't, hitting the bus. All ten children and the bus driver lost their lives that day.
So the legend says that if you but your car in neutral in front of the tracks your car will be pushed off the tracks. Many, including myself have witnesses this. This passed October while I was in San Antonio I went to the tracks, out the car in neutral and the car was pushed pasted the tracks. There were serval cars there and most of them had baby power on the back of the car to see if they could see the handprints of the children. I didn't try the baby powder and I didn't ask the other cars if I could see the back of the car ( I was too scared). So I do believe the train tracks are haunted, not just because the car went over but because the roads before you get to the tracks are name of children. The streets surrounding are Laura Lee Way, Nancy Carole Way, Cindy Sue Way, Bobby Allen Way, Richie Otis Way and the road that the tracks are on is Shane Road. Those names are old names if you think about it.
As for me I believe the ghost story, I've been there, I've been in the car as it moves by itself and I've seen other cars do it. There are some who believe it fake and they put all this math into how it fake! They say there is a 2 degree decline so it moves your car...I don't know how true that is, because cars are heavy by themselves and if you add people into them that makes them heavier. I don't know much about physics, but I don't believe that.

Courage the Cowardly Dog
If you are a 90's baby I am sure you remember Courage the Cowardly Dog. A little pink dog who was always a nervous wreck, and had elderly owners. In this cartoon Courage is always afraid because he 1) lives in the middle of no where and 2) is always seeing "monsters". Now in the show he sees the monsters and is trying to protect his owners. Now the theory goes that Courage is actually just normal dog and when he sees the "Monsters" they are actually a just regular people. Since Courage's owners are elderly they don't get to take him out much so the outside world is scary to him. So anyone new to his is scary since he doesn't know about the outside world.

Over the summer I became obsessed with conspiracy theories. Not crazy obsessed...my room isn't full of news paper clippings pictures with red yarn connecting to them to a story. My obsession was me watching as many conspiracy theories on youtube I could before freaking myself out. My favorite kind of conspiracy is celebrity conspiracies. It's crazy to think that our favorite celebrities aren't what they seem. There are so many celebrities conspiracy theories. And since it's her birthday we will go with favorite..and my favorite is?
